ABOUT THE JOB --

Provide Front Desk coverage at our Plaza location onsite.

  • Maintain all doors and ensure each associate enters the doors by badging in. Door monitor on desk to help with security.
  • Make sure the Front Desk reception area is always neat and tidy.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the front entrance door, kitchen, and conferences rooms daily.
  • Book Food Trucks.
  • Help support managers; book conference rooms, help schedule meetings (if needed).
  • Make sure conference rooms and the supply cabinet is stocked, sending any requests for needed supplies to the designated Administrative Assistant.
  • Ensure copiers are always stocked with paper/toner.
  • Greet check in visitors in accordance with Signature Performance visitor access policies.
  • Answer phone promptly professionally, routing callers to appropriate individual or voice mail.
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail in accordance with established process.
  • Collect outgoing mail, add postage and ensure that it is picked up by the mail carrier.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate postage machine balance and supplies.
  • Receives deliveries and ensures recipient or appropriate administrative personnel are notified of arrival. * Always maintains a professional appearance and upbeat positive manner.
  • Act as an effective team member.
  • Other administrative duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant required.
  • Experience supporting management teams with booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, arranging lunches, etc.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-line telephones.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.
