Mindful Healing Works is currently seeking a Professional Front Desk Receptionist. Candidate must have a high level of professionalism while meeting the needs of our patients and representing Mindful Healing Works as the elevated mental health care experience we promote. The Front Desk Receptionist will answer telephones, greet our patients in an upbeat and professional manner at all times, and gather patient information to complete intake. The receptionist will also schedule patients for upcoming doctor visits and collect patient payments. Adherence to all COVID-19 and HIPAA compliance is a MUST!
