Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
2. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon calendar.
3. Provide information about our services, promotions, and pricing to clients.
4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including replenishing salon literature and marketing materials.
5. Process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
6. Coordinate with nail technicians and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
7. Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Monitor and maintain inventory of salon supplies, placing orders when necessary.
9. Assist with social media management and marketing efforts as needed.
10. Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as assigned by the salon manager.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
7. A friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
8. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
