Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist for our busy spa.

Responsibilities will include:

-Being on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record

-Greeting of all guests in person or by answering phone calls

-Assisting guests with questions regarding spa services, memberships, products and pricing

-Booking all appointments and checking the guest into the computer system (Booker.com) and charging for services performed

-Assists with transitional cleaning of the Front Desk and relaxation area as needed

Position Requirements:

-Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task

-Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

-Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality

-Must possess basic math skills

-Excellent communication, learning, listening and computer skills

-Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment

-Must have WEEKEND and EVENING availability. If you do not, please do not apply as weekends are our busiest days of the week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
