You are:  

A motivated, inquisitive developer. You enjoy using your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our federal clients improve the services they provide to the American public. Full-stack developer to design, build, and test a web-based application. Edit site content for various components. Maintain website standards and comply with predefined design guidelines. Utilize best practices in web screen design and learn about different middleware platforms to source and update data through web screens as specified in functional requirements.

The work:

  • Apply application design and development across multiple technology areas
  • Configure software products and systems to deploy code
  • Develop product and platform prototypes
  • Keep track of software application performance
  • Collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems

Here's What You Need:

  • Proficient in React.js and NodeJS

  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks

  • Experience building and working with RESTful web services

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD, Jenkins, Gitlab-CI

  • Knowledge of image authoring tools, ability to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image

  • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

  • Basic understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

  • Top Secret clearance requirement

Nice to haves:

  • Proficient in working with relational databases (Postgres and MySQL preferred)
  • Experience with AWS containerization
  • Experience working with a content management system such as Drupal to create, manage, and theme content
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environment
  • 508 compliance development
  • Experience working with open source software

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

California: $ 82,400 - 154,800

Colorado: $ 82,400 - 133,700

New York: $ 76,300 - 154,800

Washington State: $ 87,800 - 142,300
