Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and helpful Spanish speaking Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for associates, clients, and vendors throughout the day both over the phone and in person. Responsibilities include being an active member of the Admin Team, reception duties, AR support, filing, and other general office and admin duties.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
