SalaryWe are seeking full-time front desk members for our pediatric practice in Lawrenceville. The ideal candidates will have experience in a pediatric clinical office setting and in-depth knowledge of all front office procedures. Excellent verbal communication is a must.
Starting Hourly Wage: $16+ commensurate with experience
In this role you will:
- Greet patients and families upon arrival
- Check-in/ check-out, collect copays, verify demographics and insurance
- Book future appointments
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Make sure waiting room is presentable
- Performs additional duties as required
Qualifications include:
- 0-3 years Healthcare experience, preferably Pediatrics
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Welcoming personality
- Bilingual a plus
- Excellent computers skills and familiarity with other office equipment
- Basic typing and keyboard skills
- Must be able to act calmly and effectively in a busy or stressful situation
- Customer Service experience or customer facing roles
- Ability to take initiative and work well in a fast-paced team environment
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Adults and children over age 6 are required to wear a mask while inside the office. Curbside parking and separate entrance for sick visits.
Kids Health First is an Association of 35 Pediatric Practices located in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. Initial candidate screenings are conducted by our recruiter. All interviews and final decisions are made by the pediatric practices, based on their current individual needs and hiring processes. Salary and benefits are determined by the individual practices.
