Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Job Description:

Our modern customer friendly orthodontic office is looking for another team member. This is a full time position 32-40 hours/week. Customer service matters to us!

Pay starts at a training rate and is based on experience. If your customer service is excellent, you will likely see raises and bonuses quickly. There are plenty of growth opportunities to Treatment Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, and Office Manager.

Our Office Hours:

Monday 9 am - 6 pm

Tuesday 8 am - 5 pm

Wednesday 8 am - 5 pm

Thursday 11 am - 4 pm

Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm

Skills Required:

• ability to learn dental terminology
• basic math/financial skills
• intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, email, typing and ability to learn our practice management system
• grammar, reading, writing
• advanced phone/customer service skills
• attention to detail
• clean and organized
• warm, smiling demeanor
• sales skills
• ability to remember names and develop relationships with people
• adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations

Skills Not Required, but a bonus:

• social media skills
• Canva/design
• dental/ortho experience
• knowledge of Ortho 2
• Spanish/Chinese speaking
