Our Front Desk Receptionists are the first person a patient sees as they arrive at the office, and are an important part of establishing the patient’s relationship with NIVA Health.
We pride ourselves on excellent patient care and service. The winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hand-on fashion, doing “whatever it takes” to help the team grow. Typically, hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday through Friday.

- Open-mindedness - Whatever it takes attitude with a patient care and sales focus. Additionally, you must possess a willingness to be cross-trained to help the clinic achieve its patient care goals.

Qualifications and Experience
- 1+ year Medical Receptionist experience Preferred
- Bilingual preferred

Pay Structure, Perks and Benefits
- Annual pay based on results for this position is comprised of a base pay and bonuses. Typical base is around $33,280 - $41,600 ($16.00 - $20.00 per hour) with average bonuses of $5,000 to $10,000 annually. Income can grow significantly based on results.
