Front Desk Lead

Club Pilates located in Exton is seeking to hire a Front Desk Lead to work full or part time. In this role you will assist the General Manager with introductory classes, retail sales, phone calls to prospective members and member support.

Responsibilities include:

• Talk with and conduct tours of the facility
• Assist with new member process during introductory classes
• Call prospective members to schedule individuals for introductory classes
• Assist new members with computer-based sign up process
• Assist customers with retail purchases
• Assist with member relations tasks
• Assist with training of new staff
• Availability to participate in special events (health fairs and community events) to promote the studio
• Provide excellent member assistance
• Assist with light studio cleaning as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous member relations experience in fitness a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to members, prospects and colleagues
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Ability and desire to speak to groups of people
• Must have proficient computer skills

Two Alternative Shifts Available:

Monday -Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (4 or 5 days)

Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (4 or 5 days)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
