SalaryThe successful candidate MUST be bi-lingual. You will be the "face" of Berks Community Health Center. You will be are the first person our patients, vendors, applicants, board of directors, visitors and employees see when they come to our main medical center on Penn Street. Assist PSR's with scheduling appointments, directing people in the appropriate manner, and special projects as needed.
The successful candidate MUST have an out-going, non-abrasive and professional personality, while using critical thinking skills, excellent communication in both English and Spanish (verbal and written), and be able to maintain a positive composure with a lot of people coming at them all at once. This person will talk to 100+ people each day, so you must be able to multi-task.
If you have previous customer service experience, concierge, s experience at the Front Desk and/or progressive experience in a medical office, it would be a HUGE plus. Position available immediately!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
