Job Duties:
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Other duties as requested
Front Counter Tasks
- Assist Customers in a courteous, enthusiastic, helpful and timely manner.
- Must be able to Remember customer names over period of few weeks.
- Administer the Point of Sale system and accurately perform all functions.
- Follow established Customer garment drop-off procedures.
- Follow established Customer Garment pick-up procedures.
- Follow new customer protocol
- Recognize potential garment issues at time of drop off and communicate effectively to customers and production staff nature of potential cleaning issues.
- Escalate issues and problems to management smoothly and comprehensively.
- Fluent spoken English is a job requirement.
Garment Tagging Tasks
- Check garments thoroughly.
- Tag garments accurately and efficiently.
- Identify issues that might need to be addressed in the production process.
- Sort garments as required for production department.
- Follow safety and security guidelines.
- Complete all assigned duties in a timely manner.
90-day probationary period with performance review with opportunity for increased wage.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
