Front Desk Staff / Customer Service Representative

At D-BAT, our main goal is to provide a quality teaching environment by developing beliefs, attitudes, and traditions that enhance the baseball and softball experience at all levels.

Reports To: General Manager, D-BAT Concord, NC

Schedule: Part-Time, typically weeknights and weekend availability.

Pay: $10 an hour

Role, Scope, and Requirements: This position works in coordination with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager(s) to fulfill the mission of D-BAT Concord.

• Greet all customers who enter the facility.
• Focus on excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
• Listen and understand customer needs and match those needs to products or services in the facility.
• Assist customers with scheduling lessons and cage rentals, via the phone or online utilizing our scheduling system.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer payments.
• Execute Front of House cleaning checklist to ensure an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to D-BAT Concord Policies and Procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to have positive interactions with customers of all ages.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
