Front Desk Coordinator

Type: Part-time/Full-time 14 - 40 hrs/ week.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour PLUS GENEROUS BONUS PLAN!!

THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU! — Prior office management, sales or marketing experience is a plus!

We are looking for someone part time (16 - 25 hrs/week) who is available to work primarily TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS between 9:40A - 7P, in addition to occasional availability on weekend or week day days. Weekend hours are 9:40A - 4P.

Responsibilities

• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships in order to meet sales goals by providing patients with necessary info to make the best decision for them.
• Providing excellent services to members and patients. Greeting members and patients upon arrival, assisting them in checking-in and in completing required paperwork. Educate patients on wellness offerings and services. Sharing chiropractic stories and experiences.
• Answering phone calls and following up with leads
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
• Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace daily.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software
