Ramada by Wyndham Yakima is seeking to hire a customer service representative for a medium-sized hotel in downtown Yakima. Past experience is preferred, but not required.
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Audit all charges and postings, correcting work as required
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in-person and via telephone or email
- Communicate pertinent guest information to the designated departments
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
•Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- WA State Food Worker Card will be required
Must be available to work weekends and holidays; work schedules are flexible.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
