**Front Desk Agent**
**Duties:**
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist guests with check-out process and ensure all charges are accurately billed
- Process reservations and manage room assignments
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Operate phone systems, including answering calls and taking messages.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
