Front Desk/Night Auditor

Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns or issues
- Handle guest requests and assist with reservations
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

At our hotel, we value our front desk clerks/night auditors as they are the first point of contact for our guests. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
