EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Two (1) year experience in reservations or customer service or two (2) years of formal education is preferred;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft computer software with solid knowledge of Excel and VI scheduling would be helpful;
- Regular attendance with flexibility in scheduling while maintaining an upbeat attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate outstanding Customer Service at all times with all guests and customers;
- Responsible for registering all guests in and out of the hotel;
- Ensuring that all proper credit and pertinent information is obtained;
- Prepare daily cash reports and balance payments.
- Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.
- Assists reservations by accepting and confirming reservations;
- Performs teller duties such as petty cash and other cash transactions according to front office procedures and responsibility of operating the bank; and
- Perform all other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
