We are seeking a Pastry Cook to join our baking team. Our ideal candidate has an upbeat demeanor, passion for the culinary arts, and professional training or experience.
In this role you will create, prepare, and bake all pastry and dessert food items according to the recipes indicated, using the techniques, type, quality, and quantity of ingredients required, as well as the equipment and utensils, based on the quality standards and procedures of the company. Consistency is essential, so you must also follow portioning and decorating guidelines. At the end of each day, kitchen equipment must be sanitized and all ingredients must be properly labeled and stored.
