```Duties```
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services.
- Check guests in and out of their rooms using the hotel's reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Manage phone calls and reservations, providing accurate information and taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guests' needs are met efficiently.
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or dining reservations.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following hotel procedures and protocols.
