We are looking for a multi-tasking superstar, someone who can deliver exceptional customer service, and make our patients feel appreciated and loved! Must have a great smile, be fun and outgoing, and work well with others.
Skills
- 2 years of office administration experience is required
- 1 yr + Medical / Dental Office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with insurance filing is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excell
- Multi-line Phone experience
- Must have a positive attitude
Our ideal candidate must possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, be dependable, and punctual. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, verifying patient paperwork, verifying and filing insurance, and general office administration duties.
*An observation interview will be required.
