Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with guest check-out process, including processing payments and providing receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Handle guest requests for additional services or special accommodations
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
