As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner - Register guests, assign rooms, and provide room keys or cards - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist guests with inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities and services - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room availability for incoming guests - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing calendars ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in a customer service role preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with office management software such as QuickBooks is a plus - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism - Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office is advantageous but not required - Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and welcoming environment where you can make a difference in the guest experience, we encourage you to apply for the position of Front Desk Agent.
