Front Desk Associate/Social Media Manager

Mount Pleasant Chiropractic is looking to hire another member of our staff! Looking for part time help for Front Desk and Social Media. Hours can be flexible inside of the hours needed. Tu/Th: 11:30-7 and We/Fr: 8:30-4.

Requirements:

-able to run basic computer programs(scannable, Microsoft, and our EHR program)

-self-starter

-can be given a list of tasks and perform them based on importance and getting them done in a timely manner

-taking photos/videos for social media, editing them and posting them in a timely manner

-understanding of FB, IG, YT and possibly TikTok

-understanding of drop box and canva or something similar and be able to learn how to use the above mentioned programs

-friendly and kind, not judgmental

-Like minded with our holistic values

-good phone and email skills

-being able to multi-task

-being able to enforce office policies for all(patients and staff included) helping with finishing creating the office policy manual

-team player(if you see something that needs to be fixed, either help fix it or bring it to the attention of whoever’s job it is so they can fix it)

-helping to keep the doctor on schedule and her schedule straight

-helping to keep the office sanitized between janitorial visits

-office manager will ask for help keeping plants watered

This is a multi-person office, we are looking for someone like-minded to join our team. We have one doctor, one nurse-in-training and 2 massage therapists that currently rent the rooms in the back. Your main duties will be to run the Front Desk and social media while occasionally helping the doctor or nurse-in-training. Nurse-in-training is only in office a couple days a week, so doctor will need a little more help from you when nurse isn’t available. We are a holistic health office that practices holistic internal medicine and chiropractic. The doctor is a chiropractic internist, that performs blood work and offers help in nutrition and nutraceuticals/supplementation. Dr. Hahn specializes in helping with endocrine disorders such as hypothyroidism and PCOS. She also works with prostate disorders, fertility issues and basic family medicine care. We see patients of all ages! We are an office for the whole family and like to make our patients feel at home when they are here.

As the office grows and the doctor continues to get busier there is room for growth. Raises, benefits and job duties will continue to expand as the business growth allows.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 36 per week
