Front Desk Associate

At Powell Mill Dental Associates, we are a close-knit, family-oriented office seeking a full-time Front Desk Associate.

With two loyal doctors and a superb staff, we want to find the perfect person to join our team and share our passion for dentistry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• undertaking administrative tasks
• verifying and understanding insurance/processing claims/collections
• scheduling appts
• processing patient services after treatment with accuracy
• communicating with patients regarding individual treatment and financial arrangements
• working outstanding claims and patient accounts

Requiredqualifications include, but are not limited to:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• excellent verbal and written communication
• professional attitude, delivery, and manner
• competency in prioritizing tasks and following through to completion
• computer literate
• ability to support the team to work efficiently
• ability to multitask daily
• committed learner

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in dental office setting required
• Eaglesoft experience highly preferred
• Prior dental assisting experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

***Pay will be discussed with individual applicants based on skill and experience. Listed pay is simply an average range.***

Mon-Thursday: 8:30-5:00; two Fridays per month 8:30-2:00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
