Front Desk Associate

Carolina Urology Partners, PLLC is the largest, most comprehensive urology group in the Carolinas with 27 physicians, more than 150 employees, and 11 urology clinics in convenient locations throughout the Carolinas.

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate for our office located in Rock Hill, SC.

**Pay is negotiable based on experience**

Job Responsibilities:

• Check-in and Check-out, to include verification of demographic and insurance information
• Collection of co-pays and deductibles, if necessary
• Scheduling and rescheduling of patient appointments
• Insurance Authorizations
• Radiology / Surgery scheduling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous medical office experience is preferred
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, staff members and Physicians
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
