Essential job functions include: providing information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities; responding to requests from guests for assistance and information; providing information to guests about the local area and various other functions. Essentially, a Guest Service representative's role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the Front Desk and accounting operations running smoothly. Team player and willing to help in other departments. Engage with a postive attitude. Excellent Room for growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
