Essential job functions include: providing information to guests about hotel policies, services, and amenities; responding to requests from guests for assistance and information; providing information to guests about the local area and various other functions. Essentially, a Guest Service representative's role is to provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the Front Desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
