Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Our specialty Endodontic office is currently searching for a new team member to fill the role of our front office coordinator. The new team member will join a highly motivated team that has been critical to the ongoing growth of our practice. This role is specifically designed to expand our already excellent track record of focusing on our patients and referring office’s needs in a personal, caring fashion. We are seeking an individual who is well-presented and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of excellent customer service skills, energetic, able to make practical decisions under pressure and enjoys making a difference in the lives of others. This person is friendly, highly organized, able to multi-task, and works well with all personality types.

Our office has two full-time locations (North Charleston on Rivers Ave and James Island on Folly Rd). Willingness and ability to travel to both locations is preferred, but the position is primarily for the Folly Rd location.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering Phone Calls
Promptly responding to voicemails and emails
Scheduling appointments
Calling patients for appointment reminders
Sorting mail and faxes
Collecting and protecting personal and medical information for patients
Collecting and posting payments
Various other clerical jobs as needed
Keeping front office area clean and stocked

Job Qualifications:
Superior customer service skills
Experience in a dental or medical office setting
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Overall proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation, competitive benefits, and hourly wages commensurate to experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
