Requirements and Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the office
- Answering phone calls, checking voice mail, confirming appointments, checking in/out patients
- Entering patient demographics, insurance verification and basic insurance comprehension
- Scheduling new and existing patients
- Providing patients with an exceptional experience
- Creating and presenting treatment plans to patients
- Navigating through patient chart
- Detail oriented and able to multitask with proficiency
- Understanding the patient account ledger
- Submitting claims w/all necessary documentation
- Working the AR, claims follow up and collecting patient coinsurance amounts
- Maintain collections at 98%
- Maintaining a productive schedule for all providers
- Maintaining a profitable hygiene schedule
- Scheduling to goal
- Maintaining professional positive attitude and completing tasks with great proficiency in a timely manner
- Keeping an open line of communication with your perspective team
- Maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, restrooms and break room
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
