Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Help measure customers with their fittings
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and answer questions or relay customer to an associate who can
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and lobby area

Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Proficient in Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to operate phone systems effectively
- Familiarity with Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
