SalaryWe are seeking an outgoing, compassionate, and organized Front Desk Associate to join our growing healthcare team, operating in three offices. Medical office experience is required. You will be responsible for corresponding with patients, colleagues, and partners, as well as maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for our patients and their families. Specific duties include:
- Greeting patients, vendors, and other visitors to our offices
- Checking-In and Checking-Out patients
- Posting patient charges and payments
- Verifying insurance
- Answering patient questions and providing assistance and directions when necessary
- Fielding a high volume of phone calls and scheduling patient appointments
- General cleaning/sanitation of public/patient areas to maintain the highest standard in patient safety
- Working as part of a multi-faceted team to help efficiency in the office
- Filing, which includes reaching and bending
