Front Desk Associate

Come join the Tri-State's retail leader at King's Great Buys! Kings is seeking a dependable and energetic Front Desk Associate to serve as our customers' first point of contact. Some of the Front Desk Associate's responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones and routing calls to appropriate personnel, and completing transactions via specified form of payment. If you have an upbeat, positive attitude and like working in customer service we would like to speak with you!

Responsibilities

• Perform all opening/closing task for retail Front Desk;
• Communicate with customers about payment methods;
• Schedule deliveries and explain process to customers;
• Address and inform management of any customer complaints with an eye towards resolving such in a timely fashion;
• Maintain data records concerning warrant information; and
• Taking telephone messages in a legible and accurate fashion.

Skills

• Work experience in front end retail
• Basic computer skills (MS Office 365)
• Positive and engaging customer service attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
