Patient Experience Coordinator-Front Desk

Ear, Nose and Throat Associates is seeking an experienced front desk staff person for our Warsaw office. ENT is a long-established practice with an emphasis of a positive Patient Experience. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, patient focused and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greeting patients
• Accurately recording data in an electronic medical record system
• Assisting patient with subsequent services
• Completing financial transactions

Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
