Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming callers
- Accurately route calls to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide resources for their needs
- Manage Front Desk administrative tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- 2+ years previous experience in a customer service role required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Great phone voice and inbound phone experience required
