As the Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant, you are the face of our clinic and the driving force behind ensuring our patients feel genuinely appreciated the moment they step through our doors. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients by creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
- Manage appointments seamlessly and promptly respond to patient messages to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Use exceptional problem-solving skills to navigate and solve issues while maintaining a calm, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Schedule doctors' appointments productively and ensure that patients are consistently attending their appointments.
- Build positive relationships with patients and resolve issues quickly and effectively to eliminate customer service issues.
- Organize the flow of the office to ensure that all appointments, paperwork, and communications are completed in a timely manner.
- Process payments, Insurance Verification, Insurance Billing
- Follow up on accounts receivable and outstanding claims
- Light cleaning (dust, vacuum, wiping down surfaces)

- Your ability to read between the lines and respond to non-verbal cues and social dynamics is unmatched.

- Tech savvy. We run a paperless office and rely heavily on web-based platforms.
- Problem solver. Things happen, issues come up, but as a problem solver, you’ve got it covered.
Part-Time Position but can progress into Full-Time Position
- Monday - Friday, 20-32 hours, with some schedule flexibility
- Long term - ideally at least a 1-2 year commitment, we want someone who will grow with the business
Compensation
- $18 - $24 per hour. Pay will be increased with excellent performance and experience.
