Front Desk Coordinator

QC Kinetix is a concierge non-surgical regenerative medicine practice growing across the country. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic joint pain without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain medications. We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Front Desk Coordinator in our Atlanta, GA area clinics. This position is ideal for a business professional looking for a permanent part-time or full time position in an exciting and innovative work environment.

Front Desk Coordinator Position Details:

• 2-5 days per week
• Various clinics around the Atlanta suburbs
• 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (depending on schedule)
• $20-$22 per hour
• W2 position
• Completion of Virtual Training Course required. Consists of two full days of class. Must have access to laptop/personal computer and Wi-Fi connection. Paid upon completion.
• Professional references required.

Front Desk Coordinator Position General Duties:

• Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Collecting payments and assisting with financing applications
• Opening/closing of clinic duties
• Completing end-of-day reports
• Delivering a consistent high standard of customer service

Front Desk Coordinator Candidate Qualifications:

• Receptionist experience required - experience in clinic/patient healthcare setting preferred
• Professional demeanor, communication, and phone etiquette
• Computer skills and knowledge in navigating multiple software programs and office equipment
• POS/Payment processing experience
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and be proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working both independently and as a team player
• Phlebotomist/CMA is a +
• A bachelor's degree is a ++
