As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you. ### Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying ### Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude - Bilingual (preferred) to assist guests who may not speak English fluently - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures - Familiarity with Front Desk operations and phone systems - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues effectively - Basic computer skills for data entry and reservation management - Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
