Business Hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm, Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 8am-5pm. Duties include but are not limited to opening/closing, scheduling clients via software, checking clients in and out, describing services in detail, ordering products from suppliers, checking inventories, marketing and promoting daycare, various cleaning and maintenance tasks. and placing dogs in suites.
Front Desk Associate is in charge of receiving incoming daycare and boarding dogs and ensuring dogs are checked in correctly and in a timely manner. They are responsible for all aspects of the Front Desk including booking reservations, checking out clients, and handling customer issues. The ideal candidate is comfortable with dogs as it is a very hands-on job.
Doggy daycare experience is a plus. Must have at least 2 years of customer service background. Closed all major holidays with holiday pay and vacation. Opportunities for advancement available. Must have excellent computer skills. Looking for a professional, honest, customer oriented, reliable person with a great work ethic. Must be extremely personable with excellent customer service skills to help Daycare Manager run the day to day operations of the business.
