Front Desk Associate
We are seeking a customer service oriented associate for our endodontic dental practice. This role goes beyond traditional receptionist duties, as it requires a unique blend of administrative expertise and the ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Compensation:
Starting at $18 hourly pending experience
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our practice, warmly welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner. Offer a superior, personalized experience to our clients by anticipating their needs, providing the right information at the right time, and ensuring their comfort.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, efficiently manage patient flow, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Handle calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a prompt response and resolution to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience, including timely communication with the dentists, assistants, and other team members.
- Accurately process payments, explain financial options, and provide patients with billing information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end service-oriented role, preferably in the dental or medical field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an unwavering commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle matters with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent computer skills with a an ability to learn new systems and applications, including experience using scheduling or practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, anticipating patient needs and taking initiative to exceed their expectations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA.

We are a small, quality focused endodontic practice looking to expand our team. We have 2 amazing doctors that practice out of locations in Savannah and Pooler, though this position would primarily involve being in the Savannah office.
