We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with excellent customer service
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with reservations and manage room availability
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
