```Responsibilities```
- Greet owners and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out contractors performing work in the building
- Provide information about the facility, services, and local attractions
- Handle owner and guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other condominium staff to ensure owner satisfaction
-Check in package deliveries and notify owners of their arrival
```Experience```
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Familiarity with Front Desk operations of a condominium is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- Proficiency in using phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
