POSITION SUMMARY:
Front desk teammates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to all customers and program participants. It is important for Front Desk teammates to be comfortable describing all programs to guests and respond quickly and professionally in all situations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Greet and assist all customers, potential customers, and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner. Be enthusiastic towards the children and their family.
- Assist existing and prospective customer regarding their individual registration and account needs.
- Signing new members up and handling basic billing.
- Provide program information and requirements in an accurate and courteous manner.
- Handles and resolves concerns and informs supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues.
- Answer phone with friendly and upbeat greeting.
- Sells snacks to customers
- Restock snacks and drinks
- Perform Daily Checklist for opening and closing procedures
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
