SalaryAs a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our facility to our guests .You will be responsible for the entire customer experience. This is a Part Time position assisting in Day Time or Evening Shift opportunities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Gain experience if applicable)
- Marriott/ Lightspeed experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and personally, regardless of how many guests are present.
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfortable environment during treatment.
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks including cleaning, preparing rooms for treatment use, and making beds.
- Prepare food or other goods for clients to take with them, assist in clean up of the treatment room and hospital area including laundry.
- Make sure all necessary paperwork is completed and distributed properly at the end of each day, or whenever a client comes to visit with their family.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times, including wearing proper clothing and jewelry.
- Represent the facility in a positive way with everyone from the Front Desk staff, staff members, patients, and their families.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position will start at $14/Hour with potential raises at 3 and 6 months up to $15/Hour
