- Associate would be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service whether that is over the phone or in-person as needed.
- Provide basic and accurate information over the phone, in-person, and via e-mail.
- Take and relay messages to the proper personnel.
- Inventory Control via basic data entry into our Retail Point-of-Sale computer system.

- Ability to manage difficult customer situations.
Experience/Education
- Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification
- 1 year experience in reception, office work, sales, or customer service preferred but not necessary.
- Prior knowledge in the appliance industry is preferred but not necessary.
Tucker's Appliance will train the associate so that he/she has all the proper tools, skills, and knowledge to succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
