HealthFitness is looking for full-time Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness in Bentonville, AR.

As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the very first impression on our members and guests. This sets the tone for their entire experience at the club that day. The attention you show members – an inquiry on how they enjoyed their workout, a friendly smile as you bid them goodbye – enhances their experience and motivates them to return. This makes the Front Desk team an integral part of our promise to deliver the very best member experience and motivate people to return and take care of their health. 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 1-9PM.

Key Accountabilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers. Provides fitness program and service information.
• Assists with fitness desk administration, processes, and related recordkeeping.
• Efficiently responds to participant requests, comments or concerns and brings issues to timely and appropriate resolution.
• Maintains and updates participant and facility policies as appropriate. Educates participants on policies and procedures.
• Participates in internal programs and special events.
• Opening and/or closing duties.
• Other duties as needed/assigned.

Requirements:

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives with the ability to be a team player who works well with others.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to navigate member management system, electronic onboarding, and timecard systems. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including at minimum Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
