Front Desk Associate

Our growing family-owned optometry practice is looking to add a Front Desk Associate to our team! Our ideal candidate has outstanding multi-tasking, organization and communication skills and has a strong desire to make our patients feel taken care of and heard!

At Redmond Eye Clinic we believe in providing our patients with expert, personalized, and state-of-the-art eye care. We are an established eye clinic under the ownership of a husband and wife team of doctors and provide services including routine eye exams, pediatric exams, ocular disease management, specialty contact lens fitting, emergency care, and other specialized services!

The main role of our Front Desk Associate is to coordinate the patient experience with our office. This includes speaking with patients over the phone, managing our appointment schedule, and working with patients in the office. On the job training will be provided for all our procedures and systems. We are looking for a responsible and reliable professional to give our patients a high standard of personal care.

A few of the tasks required for the position include:

• Scheduling appointments accurately and managing the clinic schedule for two doctors
• Understanding insurance and benefits
• Checking patients in and out for their appointments
• Offering and educating patients on our products and services
• Communicating with patients over the phone and in person
• Faxing, scanning, and other office duties
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of patient areas
• Maintaining the cleanliness and order of patient areas
• Being pleasant, compassionate, and welcoming!

Our office is in the growing community of Redmond, WA. We are open Monday through Wednesday from 8am to 5pm, Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 4pm with NO WEEKENDS.
