Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information - Operate phone systems, including answering calls and transferring them to the appropriate department or guest room - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer - Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms - Assist with night audit duties as needed Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., fluency in English and Spanish) - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management principles - Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team At our company, we value our employees' contributions and offer opportunities for growth within the organization. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
