A Night Auditor assists guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking reservations, reconciling accounts, processing invoices. This independent position provides excellent customer service to guests and keeps the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during an overnight shift.
Responsibilities
- Check-in guests, answer phones and take reservations.
- Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
Skills
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent math skills
- An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work overnight (11pm - 7am)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
