The Holiday Inn Express is seeking a friendly, outgoing, service-oriented candidates to join our Front Desk team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Warmly Greeting guests as they arrive or depart the hotel
- Checking guests in and/or out of their room
- Answering the telephone and responding to guest inquiries
- Making, modifying, cancelling reservations
- Assigning rooms to current day arrivals
- Communicating guest requests with appropriate personnel
- Going above and beyond to assist guests when in need
- Computer skills required to perform most functions of this role
- Proper phone and radio etiquette
- Posting market items to guest reservations and taking cash for market sales when needed
- maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Processing credit card payments
- Replenishing coffee station
- Tidying up lobby area during down times
- Resolving guest problems and reporting to leadership team
- Successfully completing any other reasonable task requested by leadership
Benefits are available for full-time candidates and include health, vision, dental, and 401k. A waiting period will apply. Please note the hotel is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Shifts vary from 7am-3pm and 3pm - 11pm.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
