We are looking for an upbeat hospitality driven Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact managing all aspects of their stay from arrival to departure. If this is you lets connect!
Qualifications:- Welcomes guests, solves issues, and ensures guests have a great stay
- Registers guests in and out of Verizon’s Learning and Development center
- Establishes and secures proper guest payment
- Handles any billing questions and inquiries with group and transient guests
- Logs requests into Primary Management system.
- Handles all changes and requests in Intelity.
- Keeps and maintains all Front Desk logs
- Generates reports
- Performs all Front Desk accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing
- Answers phones and relays messages to guests and conference center attendees
- Brings mail, packages, and messages to guests as needed
- Completes a daily shift audit and balances all account settlements, charges, etc. to the property management system
- Handles all cash transactions and maintains a personal bank
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, including Outlook, word and excel
- Bright personality
- At least 1 year experience in Hospitality
